Want to go above and beyond the Daily Strength training? Are you an athlete with a specific goal on the horizon? Or maybe you just want to take command of your life, starting with how you look and feel. Our 30-day programs are here to help you to achieve your goals in 4 weeks.
The program starts by you meeting with a trainer who assesses your ability and your needs. From there, they meet with you weekly to check your progress, and/or assign you new exercises and progressions in line with your goals. Between meetings you can also contact them with any questions you may have.
Don't feel up to going through a 30-day program yet? Do you just need a workout partner, want to improve your technique or have a few questions to be answered? Feel free to book an SBJ fitness trainer to work with you. One on one sessions can be booked at our Omotesando space, at your home, at a location of your choice, or online via zoom.
** In order to do our part in slowing the spread of the COVID-19 Virus, group classes for the Daily Strength program and 30-day programs will not begin until July.
